Associated Builders and Contractors Greater Tennessee Chapter invites you to enter your company’s best projects in the 26th Annual Excellence In Construction® (EIC) Awards.
The EIC awards program is the industry’s leading competition that recognizes both general and specialty contractors for innovative and high-quality merit shop construction projects throughout Middle and East Tennessee.
The EIC award honors all construction team members, including the contractor, owner, architect and engineer. Submitted projects are judged by a panel on complexity, attractiveness, unique challenges overcome, completion time, workmanship, innovation, safety and cost.

View the full list of requirements in the Project Entry Requirements & Guide document. Projects that do not meet these requirements will be disqualified and removed before the judging process. Use the guide as a reference as you complete the application.
All contractor members of the Greater Tennessee Chapter, in good standing,
are eligible to enter.
Per national rules, no project with a direct safety related fatality can receive consideration for an award.
Intent to Compete is due by Wednesday, July 28, 2021.
You must complete this section to gain access to the full application.
Project submissions are due by end of day Tuesday, August 3, 2021.
No projects will be accepted after 11:59pm CST on the 3rd.
Project Entry Fee: $425 for first entry | $375 for additional entries

Please enter all project information as you wish it to appear on any awards and printed materials with special attention to all company names: Spelling, capitalization, punctuation, and full business names (LLC, Inc., Co. vs. Company, and so on).
Third-party Photography Release
If any photos being submitted were taken by a third-party photographer, the photographer’s written authorization to use the photos is required. In order to comply, you must upload a copy of the signed licensing agreement.
