Associated Builders and Contractors – Greater Tennessee Chapter invites you to enter your company’s best projects in the 23rd Annual Excellence In Construction (EIC) Awards. The EIC Awards recognize outstanding merit shop projects throughout Middle and East Tennessee construction.
The ceremony will feature a multimedia presentation highlighting winners, and an elegantly printed program highlighting each project. EIC awards recognize contractors as well as the projects' architects, engineers and owners. .
The awards event will be held on Thursday, November 1, 2018 at Sheraton Music City Hotel - 777 McGavock Pike, Nashville, TN 37214.
All contractor members of the Greater Tennessee Chapter, in good standing, are eligible to enter.
Entered projects must be scheduled for substantial completion between August 1, 2017 and August 1, 2018.
All entries must follow the guidelines contained herein.
Intent to participate and payment is due by September 15, 2018.
Submissions are due by September 15, 2018.
An entry fee of $400 for each project submitted – check or credit card accepted.
Third-party Photography Release #1
If any photos being submitted were taken by a third-party photographer, the photographer’s written authorization to use the photos is required. In order to comply, you must upload a copy of the signed licensing agreement. Per national rules, no project with a safety related fatality can receive consideration for an award.
One required item not contained in the online process is an Executive Summary for each project submitted. Executive Summaries may be used in the Nashville Business Journal and during the production of the awards video presentation. The Executive Summary should reflect the highlights of the project and should be 100 words or less. Editing will be at the discretion of ABC staff.
